It's Mitchell of Mitchell and Webb. I doubt he plays saxophone in Dead Poet's Society, but it's possible.

It was a GIF of Abbath from the Blasyhrk video. Turns out that if you put up a picture from a URL, and they change it on the site, you lose the picture.
