Thing like this are normal in Croatia. There was war in Croatia 16 years ago, so country is full of people with PTSP (even I snatch when I hear a gunshot or firecracker explosion, I was little then) |

Over here if you gunned down a gang member, you'd probably be hailed as a hero by the gutter press. Any UK posters remember the Tony Martin case? (not him out of Black Sabbath) He shot two burglars, killing one, while they were running away. The tabloids made him into some sort of hero for the common man, when he was really an angry farmer with a rifle. EDIT: Turns out the guy had some pretty severe mental issues, and is apparently a BNP supporter, which lowers my opinion on him quite a bit more. (The BNP stuff, not the mental problems) |

He always came off as something of a twat in interviews, so it doesn't surprise me. |

I've heard and read about similar cases involving postwar veterans. It's quite a sad state that they ended up in. Another reason why you shouldn't send your troops out to battle for someone else's war. If they don't kill anyone there, they'd end up blasting someone back home. I heard the Vietnam and Korea veterans were far worst. |

Bullshit! BULLSHIT!!!!!! During the war in Croatia many men went in battle TO FIGHT IN THEIR OWN WAR... FOR THEIR OWN FREEDOM! They killed alot of fucking serbians in battle and many still have PTSP and still every now and then snap! You have no idea how hard is to live with father who haves PTSP. You don't know how hard it is when your father often remembers of war trauma during his sleep and when he awakes he think that there is still war! SO DON'T YOU BULLSHIT ME YOU HAVE NO CLUE ABOUT IT! |

Dude, don't snap. I'm sorry I didn't make things very clear. I was referring to the Americans actually. That's what I meant by Quote: Another reason why you shouldn't send your troops out to battle for someone else's war.
And I did mention bout Vietnam and Korea, so that pretty much refers to the US. I just read the article and posted without going through the thread at all so I was pretty unaware there was a discussion goin on about the Croation war, or any other war. Sorry dude, take it easy. |
