I've got some trouble with my hotmail. When using Mozilla, I can log on, but my inbox/other folders won't open. When using Explorer I get this message: Unable to open site. Help will be greatly appreciated.

Very rarely, I get it too. I think it's something to do with the servers, although why or how I have no idea. Give it a while and it should work again...

Ok.. The thing is that my pc crashed earlier today, and I have been reinstalling some anti-virus software.. I thought that might have had an impact.

Perhaps. Generally it seems to be the last thing you did before the crash...
