Haha! I've seen that movie. That was sweet. Try "Inside", a French movie also "Meat Grinder" a Thailand movie.

I haven't heard of Meat Grinder but hats off to the Thais, they're pretty good at their horror movies. A lot of their horror stories are based on their folklore and urban legends and I think that's why Malaysians enjoy it since our myths etc are quite similar. Have you watched Nang Nak?

Yeah, I agree with you that Malaysians are similar to Thailand in a sense that they share both of their folklore. Cool, I will have to check out Nang Nak...They have a teaser trailer on "Meatgrinder" on YouTube.

Can you tell me some metal bands coming from Malaysia? I know Thailand has some good black metal but never really looked into Malaysia yet.

We've got a lot in fact. But sadly we're only known throughout the South East Asian region only due to the lack of financial support. There are still bands who produce EPs on writable discs and photocopied sleeves. Production here costs a bomb as well. You can try looking up bands like Sil Khannaz, Langsuyr, Necrotic Chaos, and of course, our fellow friends As-Sahar, Impiety and Rudra from Singapore.

Fulci's Zombie films; perfect for the grimmest bm fans.

Very low budget, a lot of things about them the uninitiated would think was shit, but they work because of their truly filthy atmosphere and uncomprimising unpleasantness.

Also, metal fans must also be into Dario Argento. I researched this, and techinically it is actually the law in the US and all EU member states.

Fulci for the win.

I prefer Body Horror movies, basically everything Cronenberg has done in his horror career.

Wasn't Cannibal Holocaust Banned in the US?

The Sentinel 70's horror movie was bizzare, creepy and twisted.

I need to watch more Argento/Fulci. I like what I've seen thus far. Also, I saw "Demons" fairly recently, which is directed by Lamberto Bava while produced by Argento. The movie has a scene which involves riding on a dirt bike while cutting up demons with a katana. All of this is put to metal. It's pretty great.

Cool. I saw Evil Dead and The Excorcist while I was tripping my balls off on LSD. What a trip it was. The messed up thing about the Excorcist, Damn, her "possession" seems so Organic especially when your tripping.

Did you know the voice of the demon)Linda Blair was all lip sync and was done by a old woman in her 70's? I can't begin to tell you that a 13 year old girl doing such horrifying act... She had to of been alittle possessed while shooting. Don't you think?

My favourite horror movies of all time:
The Thing, The Fly, Videodrome, Halloween (not remake), House of 1000 Corpses, 28 days later

Halloween part 1. I especially like that long silence scene with the white blanket covered as a ghost. That was haunting because the camera was diredtly face to face with the viewer of a good minute.

Try this French movie, Frontiers.

Cult Master piece! I like how you listed "That's it"
There are about 10 different covers to the movie.
Make sure you watch Funny Games. It's a torture movie.
