 Post subject: Worst venue you've ever visited.

There is always one place that is completely unfit for shows, that makes the band cringe as well as the audience wish to be refunded. What venues have you visited in going to shows, that have been either poorly constructed or just plain nasty. Did the place have a worse effect on the band, or did the audience leave early just to get out of the place?

All of them. Seriously, the sound quality has been terrible at every show I have ever been to, and this is based on both the band and the PA sound system piping in music between bands or before the show.

Also, Ampitheater = shit

Don't get me wrong, there are tons of great live albums and DVD's that show it is certainly not the bands fault, which is my point. The acoustics of the venues themselves and their audio equipment is almost always the problem.

Are you saying live albums are an accurate representation of how it would sound if you actually were there?
