How do you say in English when you pay those costs when you live in a flat? You know, you pay a sum to the building administration for garbage, elevator etc... those expenses. Dictionaries can't seem to help.

I need to translate something urgently, so quick help is much appreciated.

I've been considering boarding, but its for a company headquarters, not a person...

Service charges? Maintenance charges? Don't think there's a more specific term, it's referred to as service charges in all the leases I've seen, which then break it down into insurance, etc.

English isn't my first language, but I think Goat got it right. Service/maintenance charges seems to be the most possible term.

Thank you. Yeah, it seems English doesn't have a specific word for this, in my language there is one, hence the confusion.

According to Australian pop hucksters Midnight Oil, "rent" is used in Aus, so we can assume they learned it in the UK.

Normally paying the management a fee for services is called a "(insert type of housing) association fee."

A little late, but in my experience those are "utilities fees", like gas, electric, garbage, maintenance, etc...
