So there's been a lot of conflict on this forum lately, and that got me thinking, is there a single thing in the fucking world we all at MetalReviews.com can agree on? Not factual statements, so much, (although there would probably still be arguments), but things that have a bit of value judgment in them. More generally, is there anything that the whole world can agree on? (probably not) But yeah, this is the one thing I came up with that everybody might agree on: Iron Maiden is a great band. Voice your dissent if not. Make suggestions for other possibilities. |

I have warmed a lot to Maiden recently Number of the beast is a piece of shit, but Somewhere in time and Powerslave are great albums. Good for when I'm not in the mood for more extreme stuff, maybe we can all agree Viking Era Bathory (Hammerheart) is nothing short of classic? |
