Simple and straightfoward. FEDEX's procedures are bullshit and no where near customer oriented, and the fact that I am having to jump through hoops to get a package from them before they return it even though I have told them I can pick it up this week is assnine. Long story short I was on vacation for a week, they missed me three days straight (which they would of anyway since I WORK) and now they won't hold it for an extra few days, forcing me to drive an hour after work with an infant that is fucking TEETHING to get this package.

That does not feel good, does it? Yeah it seems all the good things said about these sort of companies aren't always necessarily true. Don't take it too hard on yourself. Shit happens. Get the package and enjoy whatever is in it

I had that moment minus the baby when I bought my first laptop. I was pissed having to find some backwoods depot an hour away.

I had some issues with Purolator. The tracking on the net had said that they had knocked on the door, which in reality they had never did because I was home and never heard any knocking. They usually knock hard and loud or ring the bell of which neither I heard. Shit like this happens all the time. In the general sense, they do a very good job and there are instances of pure agitation and frustration also.
