36 pounds a month for a free iphone 4GS with unlimited texts, unlimited minutes, 1GB internet browsing and a 25 pound deposit- good deal?

Been thinking about finally getting myself an iphone. Internet browsing and all the extras would be really useful given my increased responsibilities as of late (I've been promoted to supervisor at my pub), and I've just done a budget for myself- being pessimistic about my bills and food costs, and including this phone deal, I come out with 400 pounds a month extra. Being optimistic about it, I've got 600-odd pounds extra a month, so it seems more than affordable. Thoughts?

Well if you've waited this long then at least wait for a new iPhone to come out.

If you get a iPhone 4S now you'll be outdated almost instantly. The android phones on the market now are much more advanced than the 4S in pretty much every way, and as a direct result of that I would say the iPhone 5 is probably not too far away.

"The cult of Apple is real, according to neuroscientists. They compared MRIs of Apple fans' brains to those of people who call themselves "very religious" and found that Apple and religion light up the same part of the brain. This means that Apple triggers the same feelings and reactions in people as religion."
