no. havent been in a fist fight since high school. recently done some jiu jitsu and sparring though for fun. i punched a friend in the throat on accident and tore something in it.

I got in a pretty brutal fight with a 250lb bruiser a couple years ago and I went to the ER to make sure everything was alright and called the cops because the guy kept threatening to attack me along with his friends.
