I had been drinking this for the last few weeks after picking up a case in Indiana.

Super delicious pale ale. Nothing silly like their Razorhoof whose yeast tastes like fresh donuts, but just well done beer. I'm really missing it now that I finished it off.

It's an Oregon based brew, but if you can get it back east, do yourself a favor and get yourself some. One of the best stouts I've had in a long time.

Still holding on to Oktoberfest. Not cold enough for the stouts yet, fellas.

Hadn't had Guinness in a few years and forgot how much I enjoyed it.

And was drinking Stone's Enjoy By IPA last night. Because it now comes in a six pack!

Bloody Marys

First, you take your tomato juice, then you add the lemon, a little black pepper, horseradish, a couple- three or four jolts of tabasco, a pinch and a half of celery salt, a dash of red pepper (just a dash, mind you) and a few splashes of Worcestershire sauce. The trick is getting just the right amount of Worcesershire sauce.
Then add vodka, of course. Shake, strain and serve over ice.

Do you mix the ingredients and then more in tomato juice? I'm all about mixing that mess up and then letting the tomato juice run over it and then be shook and strained.

Cracking this open tonight. And, yeah, it's that 1349. Gonna fire up Beyond the Apocalypse and go full nostalgia on it.

Does it actually make a difference? I just use the tomato juice as a base.

Soooo many IPAs lately but the Founder's All Day IPA is a pretty balanced brew without too much bite or carbonation.
