Not a fan of that one, thought Civ 4 was better.

Rogue Legacy was 75% on the other hand...my god is that thing addicting.

it looks like fun but not my kind of fun.

Civ i was curious because i've never played any of them but know there's a big big cult around the games. eh, fuck it.

so far i bought:
papers, pease: disappointing
sanctum 2: meh by yourself, quite a lot of fun in multiplayer even if with randoms
Terraria: haven't played it yet but looks awesome
final fantasy VII: incredibly i never played it before! when i get more free time i'll start it
trine 2: same as terraria

the Batman Arkham games are on sale but i'm not sure how they'll go with a keyboard+mouse setup.

what do you guys think of GTA IV? i loved vice city and san andreas so i might get this one..

I haven't played GTA IV but I've heard the PC port isn't the greatest, though not to the point that it's unplayable.

I've purchased Walking Dead Season 2, The Wolf Among Us, and both Trine games. I think that might be it for me as my Steam backlog is getting too big. But I guess we'll see what else the sale has to offer.

Edit: And it looks like today is your lucky day as GTA IV complete is 80% off.

Do some googling on GTA 4 before you buy it, from memory it was an absolute pain in the arse to even get running. 3d GTA games never port well to PC for some reason.

And try Civ 4, it should be pretty cheap.

Terraria is pure Sandbox, and while I enjoyed the more Minecrafty elements for about 10 hours it soon became highly repetitive.

That said, if you like designing buildings (and are good at it) you'll probably a get lot more mileage than I did.

i put in the wrong card number when buying GTA and even though i cancelled it through the brazilian payment channel it's still pending (and bound to be rejected) on steam! bah. as for the PC port, well, if it works as well as GTA SA and GTA VC it's good enough for me.

i never actually played minecraft and this whole sandbox thing is new to me. damn. anyway i will give Terraria game a shot.

steam finally rejected my first purchase but the price for GTA stayed the same, so i picked that up (GTA IV + Episodes From Liberty City) as well as Portal and Portal 2.

i have to stop

indeed! at least the first one, which i just finished. amazing, perfectly designed game. i'm sure the second will be at least as good.

i also finished GTA4. meh. i mean, fun and all, especially at 3 euros for that and Episodes From Liberty City, but if someone told me it came before San Andreas i'd believe them. the world is way smaller and there's much less freedom, plus it's a bit more annoying. i feel that there are less restaurants/weapons shops than in the other one , and stuff like having to stop at fucking toll booths is more annoying than immersive.

not a survival horror fan at all, but del Toro + Silent Hill sounds amazing.

finished GTA Episodes From Liberty City. great stuff, especially The Ballad of Gay Tony. both episodes are better than the original game, imo. also finished Portal 2, it's easily one of the best games i've ever played. amazing stuff.

got Max Payne 1 and 2 cheap on Steam! so now i'll play that and Sanctum 2, which i'm really enjoying. really fun game, wish it were more popular.

Awesome games, I love how you can shoot people's testies in Sniper Elite.

I have several pre-ordered for the Xbone: Destiny, LOTR: Shadows Over Mordor, Forza Horizon 2, Alien Isolation and Lords of The Fallen. Plus i'll probably get Assassin's Creed Unity as well as The Evil Within. Shit, it's gonna be an expensive october this year. :D

finished Max Payne (yeah the first one) and Max Payne 2 over the past few days. the first did not age well, the second was a lot of fun. number 3 actually takes part in Brazil, but my computer can't run it.

i also got Final Fantasy VII in the steam summer sale, but was so shocked by how shitty it looked that i quit after like half an hour. will probably go back but damn. seriously shockingly ugly game.

Any good? Thought about getting it for the PS.

Been gaming alot of Diablo 3: Reaper of Souls lately. Absolutely loving it. Spent years playing Diablo 1 and 2 when I was younger, I'm having such a good time with this!

If a cross between Assassins Creed and the Batman Arkham games sounds appealing to you, then definitely get it. There is also a very cool way it creates the Orcs/bad guys, as they remember you from past battles/can be promoted within the ranks if they kill you.
