I worked at subway for 3 months. I gave away free subs to any hot girls who came in, took a really long time to serve ugly ones, threw pickles at the other people working there and overall was a terrible employee, but I actually didn't get fired...

I love where I live, theres a ton of tourists and no teenagers to fill minimum wage jobs so unless you dont show up repeatedly then you wont get fired.
