Post subject: | Went On A "Ghost Walk" Last Weekend... |
So, a group of friends got together and went on this stupid ghost walk tour thing through Plymouth last weekend. I gotta stop agreeing to these things without paying attention. This was the idea of the chicks I know, I thought it was a haunted house or something. I had a fishing tournament that day down the cape, it was cold and windy and I'd been up since 3am working off 4 hours of sleep. I didn't realize I'd be walking around Plymouth for 2 hours listening to a bunch of gypsies tell ghost stories! Hahaha. I was exhausted! This lady was out of her fucking mind! She was screeching and screaming and re-enacting all these "events" she was detailing. I wanted to kick her ass! She kept telling these stories about people on the tour taking photos and videos and seeing ghosts, but of course, those people never wanted to give the tour gypsies the footage, or it was "in the mail." Haha. Fucking hippies. ![]() Anyway, all my friends were taking photos and whatnot, getting all crazy excited over the "orbs" in the photos because, of course, those are ghosts and shit. So then one of the chicks takes a picture of me sitting on the wall of this cemetary. Holy fuck! I'm a ghost magnet! ![]() ![]() The gypsy tour guide said I can probably communicate with the dead and not even know it. She said the ghosts are trying to communicate with me. ![]() Before: ![]() ![]() After: ![]() |

Ah man i just fucking hate all of these orbs nonsense, specially since photographs are just an interpretation of reallity and it just seems wierd to me that the only purpose of these "beings" is to ruin our family albums. And about that photo: be very afraid Ken... be very afraid, those are obviously the spirits of the banned. |

I believe in that shit. You stay in Asia long enough you will too. I have my ex GF still go to temples for me to take care of stuff like that. Every year in Taiwan if I am there I do the Ghost Festival thing too so I am protected all year. It never hurts. I am not up on "orb" stuff though but that is wild. |

The orb stuff is just a new angle to convince people of ghost activity. It's likely just the reflection of the flash off of dust and shit. Of course, I can't explain why two seconds after I moved there was nothing there, but you need to do more to convince me than some stupid, blurry circle. |

Dude those are definitely FEMALE ghosts around you! Problem is....some of them are actually married! I wouldn't be worried about them but more about their male partners.... ![]() Anyway, don't try to take the same picture without flash by using a longer exposure, you'll be disappointed. ![]() |

Maybe it was dandruff from that shit you grow on your chin bro? lol. Serious, real or not I keep my ass protected. I fly and travel way to much to take chances. I have worn a blessed crystal too for like 5 years straight. I had a tiger eye stone in the shape of a dragon before too but it broke and that is way bad luck so it went off. |

Spooky. I went on one of those ghost walk things in... York? Yeah I think thats where it was. Anyway, the guy who gave the tour guide was pretty good at what he did, but I didn't happen to see any ghosts :( |

I think Mount Holyoke is supposed to be the most haunted campus in the country. Explains quite a bit. |

I am not up on "orb" stuff though but that is wild. I don't know if it's the same in Taiwan, but in Hong Kong they have all this paper money printed up for the Ghost Festival that says "Bank of Hell"... I love that stuff |

I love that stuff I'm not Chinese but I do know a little about the Hungry Ghost festival. Kinda spooky. According to myth, during the festival, the gates of hell are opened for about a week or so. And during this time, you should be very careful. Here in Malaysia they burn offerings (that paper thing as well) and advise you not to go out too late into the night, Plus there's a belief where you shouldn't swim during the festival. They say you could actually feel your legs being pulled down by those spirits. And the paper thing is kinda universal for any Chinese festivities/ocassions. It's even used during funerals, sort of offering the dead some cash so he/she could live happily in heaven. Oh, and Ken, is that why you suddenly found the Lord? Lol. Just joking. That's some weird shit there. You weren't freaked out? |

I dunno, that 13 Eroctic Ghosts movie was pretty awesome. Also, Big K, please put hellraiser out of his misery regarding your Christianity. |
