Many of them are already removed due to copyright. Not that I expected differently when they use youtube for that. I predict that youtube will actually host full movies and shows soon for some kind of paying registered users. It's the next logical step. But for the moment hollywood companies are trying to monitor youtube as much as possible. Such uploads don't survive more than a few days.
