What you need to do is be able to do a really high, nasal and whiny voice - as well as have two other people there to shout the HWAH bits. Now you too can build a 25 year career out of that shit. |

My mom used to play one of their instrumental albums a lot, it was good, relaxing music. And she normally likes jazz when it comes to instrumental stuff, eat that "rap is simple"-people!!! |

I completely fail to understand how the Beastie Boys are seen as a serious act. A couple of their songs for novelty value, sure. But for the length of time they've been going? I don't get it. |

I'm not a fan of The Beastie Boys, but the song Fight For Your Right To Party is pretty sweet. Hey, I was a kid in the 80's  You can appreciate it from that perspective.
...and the video for Sabotage kicks ass too. |
