Post subject:  DevotedWalnut is dead.
DevotedWalnut or should I say Evan Bell, has died tonight. He was going out with some friends and they hit an on-coming vehicle. He made it to the hospital but died shortly after. He will be missed.

If you wondering how I know this, I am a friend of his who has been living with him for the past few months. I knew that he loved this website, so I logged on and decided to post this so none of you would ask about his absence.

:omfg: Holy crap! thats awful! He will be missed here Im sure. I was also just getting to know him on MSN we had some good convos.. Man, what the hell, thats not right. I really dont know what to say to that.

I will definately miss him and I will blast some Razor in his honor :dio:

And even though Im a Habs fan, I'll cheer for him if Toronto can win.

EDIT: Man, dunno what to say. This really does suck. I didn't know him all that well, but he seemed like a really fuckin' cool guy. It's a damn shame.

EDIT: Pardon my sarcasm. If this is real, my condolences. He was (is?) a cool dude. If this is a joke, well... :lame: It just seems odd that a friend would be online spreading this sort of news to strangers.

WTH? When I first saw the subject, I thought he was drunk and had posted it as a joke with a message that would be something else. But on reading the message posted, I was shocked. This is very very sad. RIP mate. You will be missed. Here's from me too :dio: .

Wait a minute. I just saw one his posts timed 2 am on Feb 22nd. I'm confused as the date of his death has been mentioned as Feb 21st. Besides, did he give his password to someone else? Pardon me if I seem a bit sceptical.

What the fuck? This seems impossible; I just talked to him on MSN a few hours ago.

If this is true though.. Holy shit would that be horrible. If it is.. holy fuck... I really don't know what to say. DW was a completely great guy; one of the coolest and down to earth posters here. I'd miss him completely.

So :dio: man, and here's to hoping that this isn't true.

Ok. there seems to be some confusion. Evan is dead. The time here is 10:28 pm Wednesday February 21. He was pronounced dead at 8:43 pm. I am at his house right now on his computer, I thought I would tell you guys so you would not be wondering where he went. He left the house around 8 pm, there was 3 people in the car and he's the only one who did not survive. I am going now to go to his parents house to be with them. And I am going to stop using his account now because I feel it is disgraceful.

My apologies mate. Just that I find it difficult to believe just like anyone else would if someone they know in some way or the other passes away all of a sudden. Quite possible that he could be chatting with someone a few hrs ago as the post regarding his death shows the time as 7.30 am on Feb 22nd which could be roughly late in the evening or the night of Feb 21st where his friend is. Even if you check all posts by him, the time between posts is not that huge. But, strange things can happen. Life is so unpredictable. Sad we had to lose a member. :sad:

Actually, a friend online at 9:00 (the time of the original post), 17 minutes after the death.

If this is really true, I'll feel like a big asshole, but this is looking more and more suspicious.
