whatever man, i don't live there, don't really give a fuck either. Was just watching that last night as i was going to bed and thought i would piss you guys off, and make everyone else laugh  . well at least me  . But if you get the time you should watch that thing it's pretty interesting. And the guy who made it was quite a big hollywood producer, he did changing places, great film. So i don't think hes quite the conspiracy freak as the intro might suggest.

I've seen this damn thing before. And while we "technically" may not be required to pay an income tax, the IRS will get you sooner or later, peacefully or with shotguns pointed in your face. And can you tell me what the 16th amendment says off of the top of your head stuartn15ted? |

There is a couple in my state that is currently arguing this point. They lost in court and now the husband is locked in his house with a bunch of his supporters prepared for an armed standoff with the IRS. |

Even if there are no laws saying that you HAVE to pay taxes, there are laws against NOT paying taxes! The "you don't have to pay taxes" people are only half right at best. They tend to ignore the fact that you are NOT allowed to NOT pay taxes! Willfully avoiding the payment of taxes is a federal and state crime. Basically, this is what federal and state tax avasion laws are all about. Although I am all for cutting the pork spending and wasteful programs out of government to reduce the need for taxes, trying to avoid paying taxes will only destroy your credit, and land your ass in court. |

Trust me, I'd love to not have to pay that shit, but it ain't happening. You are taking advantage of deductions for property tax and home mortgage interest, right? However, you do live in Taxachusetts, so that would explain a high state tax liability  .
