As I much as I hate Duke and wanted to see them lose, I couldn't pull the trigger on picking VCU. Then I also fell into the trap of picking Long Beach to beat Tennessee, and I had Creighton too. Oh well, happens every year. At least Purdue won yesterday, w00t!

I have Georgetown winning the whole thing, how about you?

I graduated in December '04 with a degree in Building Construction Management. When did you graduate?

That sounds pretty cool. I graduated in December of '03. I switched majors/was undecided a lot before I found the Natural Resources program and got into that. It was nice to see Purdue get a tournament win this year.

I'm doing alright. I tend to be aggressive on upset calls so my Penn vs. Texas AM and Long Beach vs. Tenn calls really backfired. I got Winthrop vs. ND though.

Heh, my girlfriend and I filled out brackets for fun, loser buys the other dinner or something. She knows nothing about basketball, which is why I told her she'd probably win. Not that I really follow it much anymore either. I think she's missed two or three games, and I've missed ten or so. All of my further advancing teams are still intact though and we share only one final four team so I still have a chance.... I too picked too many upsets, and mostly the wrong upsets. ODU, Long Beach State, etc. One thing I've noticed this year is that not knowing where some of the big-name coaches have wound up has hurt me. For example, I'd have picked UNLV if I had known that Lon Kreuger was their coach. Also knowing the playstyles of more teams would have helped. Like I said, I don't really follow it anymore and didn't watch but maybe part of about three college games this year. Adam - You go to Purdue? What are you studying? (is a Purdue graduate)

I have Georgetown winning the whole thing, how about you? I had Duke losing. I don't care how good Duke is, I always pick the team they're playing. I hate seeing Duke win. I have Kansas in one of mine and G'Town winning in another. I had frikin Creighton to go to the Elite Eight.

Holy smokes, that OSU game scared me. So far though, I haven't taken any hits with today's games. We'll see if it lasts... Other than Wash St, I've had a pretty good day. That Ohio St-Xavier game was the best I've seen in the tourney so far. Tyrion wrote: That sounds pretty cool. I graduated in December of '03. Next year's recruiting class is one of Purdue's best ever, and Painter is a hell of a coach.
