We had one already, but the search function is crap.

What the hell does absolute value (if that's the correct english term- I'm learning this shit in italian) have to do with second degree inequalities on graphs?? Exam tomorrow! AGH.

I suppose since absolute value (x) = Square Root (X^2), any such inequality with a solution containing an absolute value is either two sided or finite.

What I mean is, for example, abs(x) > 2 makes for the solution x < -2 and x > 2.

And abs(x) < 2 = -2 < x < 2.

Math is so easy for me it's unfair to the people that have to try...I must have a really logical mind or something because I just pick everything up like it's nothing.
