Kind of inspired by Seinfeld's thread.

What do you want to be when you grow up (or are you now)?

I'm gonna be a musician. Maybe it sounds idealistic or something, but I don't care. That's what I'm gonna be. No turning back. :3

I've already got a little band together, although we need a second guitarist and a metric fuckton of focus, but I'm dedicated to making it work. I've been writing some music and trying to put songs together and all that. It's cool.

So how about you?

I wanna be happy when I grow up. Not sure about the specifics

Journalist/novelist

Someone really rich. Probably in some bank or other corporation, preferably multinational.

I just wanna suck the world's blood dry and save it all for myself.

I'd like to be a Roman history teacher, preferrably at the college/university level.

banking or trading, or maybe teaching. i think i'd make a good teacher

sadly the only subject i've ever shown some sort of "mastery" of in school is accounting, and i'd seriously commit suicide if i ever became an accountant.

The path I'm currently on will end up in being some kind of solicitor, but it's not what I really, really, want, just a money thing. I'd love to do something related to art (not produce it) be a critic or own a gallery or something.

I'd love to be a pediatrician.

Modeling used to be an aspiration, but it's quite farfetched.

Or perhaps being the wife of someone with alot of money.

Sports Announcer

One day I will be calling a game between the Maple Leafs and the Canadiens and I will call Brahm out. It'll be great. But seriously I can do it. When we use to play any sport as a kid even if I was playing I would be the announcer. Hell I would play goal and when someone scored I called the whole thing.

Music Journalism, though I'd like to do a bit of scriptwriting on the side.

Back in 6th grade our teacher asked us this question. My answer was terrorist. She told me that i already am one.

For ages I wanted to be a musician but then I changed my mind. I don't have a specific job in mind at all, but like I said in the other thread I know I want to work in the general area of labour and development.

Of course, the job I really want to do more then anything else is make horror films. Unfortunately I've never done anything at all that could take me towards that goal, defeatist fool that I am. Instead I think it shall remain a life-long fantasy.

musician definately.... I will educate myself as a physio therapist to have something to fall back to. but im gonna work with music to the day i die anyway.
