Like the article said, cheap, filling food is generally bad for you (it's the "filling" part that's important - apples are generally inexpensive, but don't make a meal). School lunch programs won't do crap, in my opinion; one slightly healthier meal a day isn't going to help if they're eating mostly crap at home and aren't getting exercize. Besides, what's to say they don't bring lunch from home, anyway? |
