Oh and before u tell me it would fit a book better, it might actually be chosen for a book cover... but its still available to be used for metal anyway :).

Artwork by Chris alias Saiyan (Manticora, Steel Prophet, Hubi Meisel,...)

Very good work.. you do seem to concentrate on the female form a lot. I'd love to see a landscape in this style, focusing on perhaps a bubbling caldera, and indeed I think that would be more fitting for a CD's cover.

I dont know.. but your artwork seems too fruity... Cant you make it a little rawer and uglier?

The artwork in question is probably best befitting power metal, which in itself is fruity, polished, and pretty. Therefore, this is an excellent fit. I can't see it going on Leviathan's next record, but it ain't supposed to be there, eh?

As for the image, I rather like it. It's well-made, and the cloud patterns are reasonably unpredictable so as not to be odd-looking. Probably my favorite image out of all of yours.

This reminds me of Nightwish - Wishmaster (the booklet images of the bandmembers). I like the dragon, fire is pretty difficult to do and it looks great.
BTW, what posermodel are you using? Vicky 2? Vicky 3?

Thanks, I'm glad you like it :). The fire dragon wasn't so hard to do... Its a derivation from a dragon/tribal tattoo I made and that one was long to make actually.

I use Victoria 3, and the character herself (morph and texture) is Diamora, you can find her here : http://market.renderosity.com/softgood.ez?ViewSoftgood=29096

Thanks,
Chris

WOOOWWWWWWWWWWW !!! This is my "third" favourite one, here !!!! I LOVE EVERYTHING !!!! I wouldn't change absolutly nothing ! These kind of red - orange - yellow tints in the sky always amazed me a lot !!! I love the mix of colours, as usual !!!
In one word, that's beautiful, beautiful, beautiful...
