So I've been perusing different websites that allow unsigned bands to post material and by sheer luck I found this forum, which seems to have a quality, active userbase.
We've decided to go a DIY route; everything is tracked in our practice space, everyone mixed and eq'd their own parts, and we're giving the damn thing away for free.
So I come to you members of the Metal Reviews Forum...What do you think of our first completed mix? What would you change/keep in terms of effects, mixing, eq, etc?
What the fuck genre is this? Is it a good song at all? Do you want to hear our cover of Ohio by Neil Young?
