'Intellectus Iudicat Veritatem'. Initially released by the band on musicasette, all tapes were sold out after six days. Monads combine elements of slow and dragging funeral doom with melodic death/doom parts. The combination is a completely crushing, heavy and unique atmosphere. Once in a while we are surprised with influences from other styles, like in
'Broken gates to nowhere', where we find ourselves drifting away on a post-rock influenced second half, reminding of Daturah, God is an Astronaut and Mono; or
'Absent as in these veins', which ends in a fiery and fast blastbeat climax. Now, finally, the demo has been released on deluxe digipak CD by Ordo MCM / Despondency Records / Heidens Hart."
