I've noticed there is still no review for new Lamb of God album "Resolution."

I thought you guys would cover it as it's a major event (though the album is in my opinion quite average for this band).

IMO all of their albums are "quite average" for that band, which by definition would make that band "quite average", but I see your point

Its being kicked around in the backstage, so expect it sometime in the near future.

as the palaces burn, ashes of the wake and sacrament are all killer albums but wrath was weak and the song i heard off of resolution wasn't that good.

I like them up to Wrath though it did take me a bit of time to get into Wrath. I think seeing them live for that album helped.

Resolution has some moments but it sounds a bit tired.

Because they the suck!

Not a reason to not review it.

Indeed. "Major events" are defined subjectively.

I don't know, a new Lamb of God with their mainstream success in America is definitely a major event, to me.

I have started a review, but the album's growing on me a little so I'll have to rethink things. Not a patch on Ashes or even Sacrament, but better than I first thought...
