You can see that Metal is in great shape when you read through all of the above. There are so many bands doing good stuff that there's always something to look forward to. :dio:

Hell yeah!!! I think it's the Puppet Master II. I'm kinda addicted to the Puppet Master. An awesome album.

i've heard rumours about a new Nocternity... also some new Nargaroth and Nokturnal Mortum...
furthermore.. a certain distro is going to re-release yet another Paysage D'hiver album on DLP. Think it was the selftitled demo. This i want to get the most, and then Nocternity.

I want the new Megadeth so bad it hurts!

New Destruction! Well not really, but Destruction doing old songs with their new sound. Could be good?

I read new Testament in Ken's post? If that's true then I can't wait!

It's time for new Kreator, and their website did say something about a Shock album.

New Manowar! Yes, this will be awesome.

Hah, and just like every year a new Black Label Society. But no so many damn ballads.

New King Diamond and Heaven & Hell will make 2007 killer! Plus a few surprises would be nice.

Gah, dont spread the word, I wanna get that one too (the DLP). Also, it would seem that the new Nocternity is only going to be a 7".

New Becoming the Archetype should kick ass, although they lost 2 of their 3 guitarists, but also got the guy from Aletheian... so I'm interested as to how that will turn out.

Theyve just released Enemy Of God Revisited, wich totaly pisses me off because it has a bonus DVD with a complete live setlist including songs from Enemy of god, plus a lot of other bonus tracks and videos.

really?!?! i though u said it would be a full-lenght  .. how depressing... or was that 2008?.. and i'm almost certain that i read it would come in 2007 somewhere on the net.
Don't worry, i'm not spreading the word  I didn't name the distro... besides, unless you're subscribed to newsletter of the distro u won't find out when the DLP is released due to the extremely lazy webmasters on the site.

yup.. at least i think so... u can probably find some news yourself on no-colours-records.de

uh, that reminds me.... Nyktalgia is going to release a new album too soon...
that means
Nocternity
Nargaroth
Nokturnal Mortum
Nyktalgia... four bands starting with "N".. cool eh?.. not that i'm expecting something that good from Nargaroth, but we'll see.

It's quite common now for bands to release a re-issue or an extended version of their albums. It pisses me off as well. I mean, we spend our hard earned money on these albums as soon as it comes out, but in a few months there's this stupid re-issue with some bonuses. Slowly, these people are ripping off the fans who dearly love them. I'm not sure who's to be blamed for such situtations, the band, or the labels. I think both are at fault equally.

I'm compiling it as we speak. At the moment I'm writing the albums coming out for the year 2014 under the category hip-popcore and NWOLHP (New Wave of Lunar Heavy Plastic). It's a bit confusing categorizing each and every release. I intend to include up to year 2060 releases so I'll be finished pretty soon - in about 12-14 months from now.

New Woods of Ypres CD will probably crush everything else 2007.

Layed down some vocals for Obitus last weekend, and I'm very
impressed with the new material. It will be something to look for
2007, that's for sure!

Oh, and Canopy are releasing new stuff 2007 too, ;)

.:crast..
