^^ Some very good choices right there.

I did some last-minute shopping to comfort myself for the fact that I won't be able to listen to a lot of music because of my exams:

Anaal Nathrakh - Passion
Blind Guardian - Imaginations from the Other Side
Amorphis - The Beginning of Times
Rush - Hemispheres
Behemoth - Heretica t-shirt
Opeth - Watershed hooded zip (I've always wanted some Opeth clothing)

Cheers, mate. I particularly love the art work for Watershed. A very good choice. I also like the art work for that Behemoth shirt. Good shit.

It probably sounds quite silly but I'm a wee bit scared of what will happen if I wash it.

Is it cheap looking? If it's a legit shirt from the label I couldn't imagine it cracking up or falling off.

Death - Individual Thought Patterns
Cynic - Focus (Re-mastered)
Immolation - Majesty and Decay
Candlemass - Nightfall
Voivod - Dimension Hatross
Therion - Sitra Ahra (this one takes some time to digest, a much more classical approach which I love)
King Diamond - Voodoo
King Diamond - House of God
Deep Purple - Made In Japan (both the original recording and the remastered)

each one for 7-8 bucks, new.

Also:

Opeth - In Live Concert At The Royal Albert Hall (2DVD/3CD)
Camel - A Live Recording
Negura Bunget - Negura Bunget - Focul Viu (DVD w/ 2CD)

Pagans Mind - Heavenly Ecstasy
Secret Sphere - Scent of Human Desire
Solar Fragment - In Your Hands
Alice Cooper - Theatre of Death (Live album/DVD)

The Secret Sphere album in particular is pretty bad ass. Got it used.

My bloody stereo fell through!

They kept fucking us around with "it'll be in tomorrow...it'll be in on Monday...it'll be in on Thursday....it'll be in two weeks....it'll be in a month..."

So we cancelled the order and need to look elsewhere.

Fuck the local small business people are all incompetent around here. I'm starting to focus exclusively on big chains as the small guys can't get anything right.

Feeling guilty for never buying any music anymore. Keep saying I'm gonna do the vinyl thing, but that's not an appealing option until I have a semi-permanent residence so I can invest in a solid record player set-up. Maybe I'm just deluding myself.

More bands should have bandcamp and charge $7 for their albums. That's much more appealing.

It kinda baffled me how long I've put off buying that. I figured it was about time.
