It brings me back in the days. It was my first solo Blaze album, at the time I thought it was inconsistent but featured four killing tracks (Kill and Destroy, Tenth Dimension, Lee-poh-fay, and Meant to be.)
Today I think it is much better.

Last decent album these guys ever did.

EDIT: It's just dawned to me that album is nearly 20 years old! I remember when Roots came out only 3 years later. Holy crap!
