looks like shit? How eloquently put! You missed your calling as a writer. Your logical reasoning astonishes me, endlessly! I thought as Blind Guardian's colourful cover arts, it would be cool if it were posted bigger, truthfully told. It's not like I fucked up the screen horizontally. This matter has been stretched a little too much, so case closed.
Ah, yes, take a cheap jab at my writing. And what do you do, sir, besides suck at the game of life? What have you been successful at?

. You amuse me no end, KEN! If you must know my writings are constantly published in a journal as well as gathering for a bigger publishing. As for life, I have many accomplishments that I see no reason to share them with a stranger like you that I have never met and have no interest in meeting. It is a mark of a weak soul that cannot take a joke and takes them to heart. It is a mark of a weak man that has a tiny world and lives in it like an ant that moves aimlessly and is discouraged with each and every small obstacle. It seems to me you are the one with a problem in life that you fear to face, not me! Keep in mind that you are the one that is taking this very small matter into a much bigger issue, not me.
I think I first began posting here about 10 years ago. In those 10 years, I have constantly been accused of taking things too seriously, making big deals out of nothing, etc. The hilarious thing about it all is that I have taken precisely one thing seriously, made a big deal about one thing, and that was the shitty way I was treated right before I quit as a reviewer. But even then, it's not like I cried over it, stressed over it, worried endlessly.
As for your joke, I rolled with it and responded. Doesn't make me weak at all. You made a "joke," which implied that I am not a good writer, so I simply made a "joke" of my own. Yet it seems that you're the one who responded in a way that indicates making a big issue out of a small matter. Ironic, no?
No it's not ironic at all. You threw something and I reacted, simple as that. I have no intention of continuing this argument on the internet with someone I have never met and is not going to impact my life in any way, shape, or form. People always reveal their true character and values without themselves noticing it. End of story.
It is ironic, because you're describing you and your reaction, not mine. Let's do an old-school rundown, shall we?
1. I said I don't understand the trend of posting images that are different sizes, and suggested one use a site like allmusic.com as their images are generally 200x200.
2. You responded with complete sarcasm.
3. I responded that the moderator comments didn't make sense.
4. You responded again with sarcasm, making a "very small matter into a much bigger issue." You'll remember your exaggerated "chaos and disorder" comment.
5. I said that it simply looked like shit, that it wasn't a big deal.
6. You responded with more sarcasm, saying that my "looks like shit" comment was "eloquently put" and that I missed my calling as a writer, a clear childish dig.
7. I point out said childish jab and make a little one of of my own.
8. You respond with an annoying pseudo-intellectual psycho-analysis of my character and claim the high road, as if you're just reacting.
9. I laugh, point out the hypocrisy of your assessment and your posts, show that, in the spirit of elementary-school arguing,
you started it.
10. You again respond with an annoying pseudo-intellectual psycho-analysis of my character, and again claim innocence, point fingers, and of course, like most pseudo-intellectuals who think they understand the human psyche, announce retirement from the argument, but not before more psycho-analysis that yet again lays blame at someone else's feet. Then say something self-righteous like "end of story."
Sound about right? As per usual with people like you, you attack, feign innocence, point fingers, and blow everything out of proportion to draw attention away you.
Bottom line: posting a bunch of images that are different sizes—from 300x300 to 1,000x1,000—"looks like shit." Eloquent enough?
