I find this recording to be much more effective and a lot more heavier than War Against All. Tremendous band and tremendous recordings, both of them, no doubt.

Edit: A zyklonic energy in Demonaz' wrist. Atomic bomb in Horgh's legs. Tägtgren is such a great producer and bass player.

These two plus the last Immortal album have been repeated several times since noon. Followed by this:



Coming to like this a lot more.

Very much fond of these two fantastic BM originaries.

I didn't like War Against All nearly as much as Northern Chaos Gods, felt considerably lacking in songwriting magic.

These winter-bitten landscapes were never to see the reinvigoration of spring ever again.

For it is only in light that enlightenment is alivened, but it is in darkness that it can be seen in its fullest intensity.
