I am re-listening, this time more carefully, to all the Rainbow recordings which I have played since yesterday, and the day before.

These recordings are some of the most inexpensive recordings, in regular editions, which you can find, and with the finest production, but also some of the most priceless music, to be ever found, in Rock music.

A less lively recording, yes, a live recorded album, but certainly a much less energetic, and lesser of a feel of live release, in general to this one. Acceptable, if altogether, rather underwhelming.

An outstanding recent live recording and a very memorable one at that, where the recording is truly felt in energy and vibe.

Many years back, a very different band and a very different era, and so much has changed ever since. A great live recording.

When only certain elements were necessary for a rock recording to sound as rich as any given symphonic work.

Perhaps one of the few recordings in the early '70's that belongs to the pantheon of immortalized rock releases. As musically glorious as it is filled with that vital force of rock wholesomeness.
