Listening to this EP perhaps for the first time after many many years, perhaps, heard once, with little to no memory of it, but it certainly is precisely imaginable how it would sound. Possibly one of the most mininilistically brilliant BM covers, ever. This EP has been on the must-hear list for some years now.

Initial impressions. The purest.

Never off the mark by way of sheer heaviness, tremolo-picking, as if no other technique in the world were left to play the electric guitar, blazing ahead like a heavy-armored tank, drumming with pounding power, leaving no traces of sobriety and rationality, in its tracks, and a demonic vocal performance, leaving the utterances of the ten-commandments, muted.

Yes, indeed, Dracula himself is summoned, on this release, and successfully so.

The colour scheme of the cover art, and likewise, the nature of the artwork has a striking resemblance to Absu's artwork, roughly, within the same time frame, upon their original release dates, and shared between the two bands, both supported by Osmose Production, at the time.

Starting to delve into this latest remixed & remastered and the other three discs live and assortments. A super deluxe edition, released in 2022.
