Meat Loaf is awesome, :D

.:crast:.

His epics get me every time. Objects In The Rearview Mirror May Appear Closer Than They Are? Fucking hell, makes me wanna cry every time.

Ever seen him live? Saw it last year, and even though he's old
and not that fit, he puts on one hell of a show!

Nah, he had a few gigs (after which he cut his tour short, and
went into the hospital) when his voice was shit. But when I
saw him last, he sounded really good again.

New stuff from him is on it's way btw! :D

Bat Out Of Hell IV, by chance? I fucking loved III, as long as Steinman's on board it'll be awesome.

It was Sweden Rock I saw him at, and he may as well not have been on the stage. It was a good job there was about 6 other people in the band singing at all times. Still really enjoyed it though. :)

Well, III wasn't that much Steinman actually. It would take Steinman
another 20 years to write a full Meat Loaf album anyway, :P

So...2007?

I'll have to ask the female at home, she's seen him 10+ times now
I think. She said that when we saw him, (erm, 2008 sometime) it
was a lot better than the times before.

I'll go see him again when he comes around, that's for sure!

Yeah, '07. My friends did see him later on the tour and said he was a lot better but I thought they were just being biased.

I was more interested in Aspen, the backing vocalist anyways.

Another recent guilty pleasure of mine is Micachu and the Shapes. Some kinda indie business out of the UK. I think they have a really groovy sound.

I uhh... kinda like Oceana...

They're a surprisingly good band, but I'm surprised their label hasn't dumped them due to their lack of crab/crappy dance bits/autotuned vocals.

I like Goldfrapp. What can I say, I'm into blondes lately.

Heard great things about her last album (she went neofolk or something?) but haven't properly listened since Black Cherry.

Her last is not as good as her debut but it's an improvment after the dance albums she released in between.
I like Bjork better.

I'm into A lot of southern rap. Anwhere from lil Wayne, Zro, to Pimp C. I grew up in Houston most of my life. So... y'know... it just kinda happened. It's a funny mix going from "kill everything in your path" attitude and lyrics *ahem* Toward Baybalon, to "pimpin ho's in the parking lot."
