OMG it is somebody from Ohio! In case it hasn't been mentioned, the Fleshgod Apocalypse album is amazing. Brutal death plus ornate classical music.

Goatface, were you aware of this?

If you've already mentioned it, I don't care, I'm mentioning it again.

You're not doing so bad. Chin up, there!

Listening to that new Asphyx song now. :dio: all the way, much better than the new Pestilence and hopefully indicative of a quality album from them. Fans of Hail Of Bullets, check dis, Van Drunen's not quite as mentalist as he was on HoB but it's a similar style of old-school DM that'll crush ya. Looking forwards.

New Necrophobic has leaked for some time. It's evil, dark but catchy, just how I like them to be. And it's got a gentle and loving name: Death To All.

New Skyclad this month, apparently. I'm not so keen on them without Martin Awesome Walkyier, but the other chappie's grown on me a little.

I actually prefer the other guy's singing style. Martin seemed too harsh for the music.

You've heard the later albums with him? He mellows out a bit. Anyways, I disagree, the thrashy aspects of Skyclad's sound, especially in the early days, go well with his voice.

+1

Well, when new Skyclad get reviewed, perhaps it'll be the time to add to the place a few Walkyier's Skyclad reviews.

They haven't really got the support for a Skyclad week, but I've been wondering about doing for them what I did for Rush...

Yah, I just never really got into early Skyclad, whereas I'm hooked on A Semblance of Normality and that acoustic cd they did of all the classics.

Jonah's Ark is probably the best of their early stuff, heard that?

Not a Skycad week, but reviewing two or 3 old albums the same week than the new one will be cool.

New Warbringer leaked. Or is it out already? I don't know, but I will be listening to it soon.

It's out next week. I thought we already discussed it?
