Katatonia's great live. At Graspop they played half of Night Is the New Day and some favourites. But they might have added some older songs by now.

A lot of my friends went to Pukkelpop and now they're only talking about how great Limp Bizkit was. Which makes me want to hit them with a hammer.

A wee bit late but Tuesday night I went to Enthroned/Destroyer 666. I didn't stay for Enthroned because I was getting pretty tired, but D666 was fucking amazing. They were also selling a lot of pretty cool CDs and Vinyl for cheap (I picked up the recent reissue of Sigh's Scorn Defeat as well as Enslaved's Blodhemn for $5 each)

Nah dude but my fiance and I will be going to some metal shows up there soon. Mainly Suffocation, Fleshgod Apocalypse, and Decrepit Birth in a few months, or any other appetizing shows that come up in the next few months, do you frequent the Clubhouse?

Well, I just moved back to the Phoenix area. I've been to a few shows there 4-5 years ago.

Yes, some guy from Ou est le swimming pool. Apparently he killed himself not too long after their show. I had never heard of them, but it's still very sad that something like that has to happen on a festival. :sad:

Yes, some guy from Ou est le swimming pool. Apparently he killed himself not too long after their show. I had never heard of them, but it's still very sad that something like that has to happen on a festival. :sad:


Threw himself off a satellite tower behind the place apparently. They were supposed to be the next big indie/pop thing, with their debut album set for an october release.
