Word!

So I got three more CDs in today. I got that the remaster of that POD album, the one I wanted the first time. I got the last All That Remains album, and I got Within The Veil by Fear Of God!

I've been looking for that Fear Of God album for ages! It's not really hard to find online, but eBay is the place to find it and I always got outbid, or the bid went up too high. I've never seen it in any used bin anywhere! So not bad, eh? I got it quick through this site!

I've gotten nine CDs so far, two without back inserts, but one wasn't the remaster so I was able to get credit for it. So, basically, seven out of eight CDs have had the back insert. Not a bad average.

The way I see it is if I get one without a back insert I'll just throw it on my Have list, and put it back on my Want list. If someone tries to send it again I'll try and e-mail them and tell them just to send the insert. It'll give them an extra trade, you know? Of course, I got Immortal by Beth Hart without the back insert and the asshole had sent a stamped promo! Now I can't relist it.

Anyway, I fucking love this site, but I need more CDs to trade. Lee Greenwood ain't selling! Haha.

See, I told you. I've been pleased so far as well. The only thing that pisses me off is that I've received two so far with no booklet (I really don't care that much about the back insert). But oh well...

Did you get the newest All That Remains? I've been meaning to listen to that one for awhile. Are you gonna review it?

Right. Not the new one, the last one before the newest. I do have the newest one to review, I may have it done this week, if not next. I'll have Evergrace and Poema Arcanvs done for Monday, I should be able to knock out the All That Remains, too.

It's really good. The first two are brilliant metalcore tunes! So goddamn catchy!

Anyway, I hear ya on the booklets. You could always do what I'm gonna do and put them back on your Want List. It's only $1.75, even if you have to pay it twice it's still worth it. Of course, if you continue getting the same CD with no insert that would suck! But yeah, I definitely need some new CDs to trade up. I'll have to hit up my friends.

I've recieved a total of 11 CD's. So far, all of them have had the back insert.

Man, I love this site! Someone just requested a Tricky CD. I agreed to ship it, and about 2 minutes later I got an e-mail say Advent Of A Miracle by Strongarm will be shipped to me! I've been looking for that CD for years!! And the dude already replied that the back insert will be included. So awesome!

I joined Sep 17th, and I've gotten 19 CDs so far! 19 CDs for $33.25 is ridiculously awesome!

Jesus fuck!! I have to be real careful on this site. I'm now in vacation mode. I've gotten 31 CDs through this site! 17 in transit, the rest have been received. Still a great deal at $54.25, but things are getting out of hand! Haha.

Well, I just had my first real issue with trades. I put a 2 disc set on my want list, and I just got confirmation of disc 2 of 2 only. That sucks! I sent the guy/girl a message to see if they still have disc 1, but even if they do, how would I go about it? Pretty shitty if you ask me.

Yeah, that that's a bit fucked up the way they do it. I realize their envelopes only fit single discs, but they could at least trade the 2CD sets as one and just have the person ship the discs off in separate envelopes.

But I don't know, maybe there is a market for people just wanting one disc. I know NESS just sent me disc one for the Aina CD, which I have lost/misplaced. Without him sending me his extra disc I'd have a 3CD set without the main CD. Sort of sucks, so I would have likely put it on my Want List.

There are a few things that don't work at the site, but it's still in its Beta phase, so it's pretty impressive at how well it already works. It'll only get better.

It's the only one I don't have. Reborn was awesome! The Hammering Process was good. I'm not really down with their early albums, especially the goofy death metal one.

I noticed that you have a better chance of catching the bubble early in the morning when most people are sleeping. I'm usually up to 4am, so I'm getting rid of a lot of wacky shit. For instance:



I bought that for $2 years ago. It's crap. But someone wanted it. I was shocked. So I put every crap CD I owned up there. I've gotten rid of quite a few, surprisingly.

That girl was his Mother apparently... Only Joking!! I once got pooed on by a one night stand two years ago. It may seem gross, but you don't know what you're missing until you tried it!

Anyway, back to Lala.com, I have hit a severe dead spot. I still have about 90 or so on my "Want List", but it's been over a week since I've received notification about getting sent anything. I think maybe your initial thought about underground stuff may have been right Ken.

Yep. Me, too. My more mainstream albums came quick (hence my 139 trades), but I've been in the yellow for a few days now with nothing coming in.

That works for me, though. Come the 17th I'll be forking over around $90. I could use a lull. Haha. Still, great site. Weird, too. The forum is full of a bunch of assholes that HATE those that like the back insert. It's hilarious. I've made quite a name for myself there. Haha. And the blurb thing is weird. Two people are having a conversation on MY blurb that's almost at the cyber sex level. So strange.
