Wasnt Black Label Society at that show too?

Yeah, but I'm not a fan so I skipped out early.

bah

Zakk Wylde owns your face

I respect him in every aspect, he's a fucking virtuoso. His music is just not my dig. However, I do say this about tons of bands who I eventually like...and I was mainly there for Clutch.

Going to that same show in two weeks, and I definitely won't be skipping out before BLS comes on.

Seeing setlists and hearing people talk about seeing him makes me really wish I'd gone on the 8th even thoguh it would've meant screwing over my mark in all my classes.

You live in Canada, you'll get another chance to see him.

But yeah, when he played "Life" I was all like omfg yes

This was his first tour in the US headlining his solo material. Hopefully he'll head deeper into the States for his next tours.

Got a few days off work and bought some tickets to see Motorhead in Aberdeen in early November. Basically all I'm living for right now.

I will see you there.
Actually, drop us a pm sometime before, and we can meet up for pre-gig drinks if you like.

Aye that sounds good, I'll give you a shout a few days before.

Saw Nokturnal Mortum last friday. Great gig, awesome live band. Most entertaining evening alltogether, but most of the people and general athmosphere there was somewhat.... nazi...

 No surprise there....

Not surprised they are very good live either; glad you enjoyed the show.

I don't know what nazi implies in Finland but the skinheads here bum me out at shows.

Gogol Bordello is playing tomorrow night but I only have $40 to last me for the next week. I don't know if I should risk screwing myself over. Even though I don't entirely love their albums I feel like it'll transfer well to a live setting.

Got my VIP tickets for Forbidden on the 23rd. Their new album ain't so hot, but the classic tunes will be sick live.

I just want to hear Chalice of Blood live, that will be awesome.

Saw Bodom, Clutch and Black Label Society tonight! All bands did great, Clutch's set in particular was incredible. Left halfway through BLS's set because the first two bands + little sleep the night before left me exhausted, but they were great as well. Zakk is incredibly entertaining to watch live.
