I agree. The guitar work acts as being catchy, fun and cool sounding, rather than technically spectacular (which it isn't) as I've heard more than a few people around me say.

I dunno, Children of Bodom is pretty damn technical...especially if you go back to Hatebreeder...Follow the Reaper, maybe not so much but they still could play.

Wasn't denying the technicality of it, it is definitely above average, just not godlike, which is what I meant that a lot of people I know think of them in terms of their guitar players.
