At the Nile Theater here in Phoenix. The place was packed. Unfortunately the sound there isn't the greatest. Fun show none the less.

Just AA. They played 2 full sets. The first was Surtur Rising, straight through. The second was full of classics off prior albums. Great stuff.

They just kicked it off not too long ago, so you should check and see if they are coming close to you. Definitely worth a trip. I drove 7 hours to see them.

Slough Feg were amazing. Mike Scalzi is hilarious, and a wonderful front man. The whole band was filled with energy, but he totally stole the show. The club was tiny, so on multiple occasions he jumped down off the stage and played guitar amongst the audience. They played a bunch of stuff off the new album, which I only just purchased at that show, so I was a bit out of the loop, but when they went directly from High Passage/Low Passage into Ape Uprising I was very, very pleased.

Depending on if my buddies decide to come I might be going to see Devin Townsend and Septic Flesh in June. COB and Obscura will be playing too which I couldn't care less for!

Thought that was common knowledge? Circumstances have always gotten in the way before, and eventually I just gave up on 'em. But saw Rush were due here next week, and went for it!
