New All That Remains on October 12th.
I know that probably nobody cares about this (besides Fridge maybe) but I'm actually looking forward to this.
This Darkened Heart and The Fall of Ideals were great and then they totally fucked themselves with Overcome.
So here's hoping this one will be an improvement.

I need to check them out again. My recent 36 Crazyfists and Acacia Strain listeninghas re-endeared me to the 'core.

Alright, but for god's sake, do not start with Overcome. Try TFOI or TDH first.

The Acacia Strain's rulebook:

1) Every song is the same.
2) Breakdowns are all we write.
3) Lyrics have to be as meaningless as possible.
4) Not enough breakdowns; write more of them.

Boring.

EDIT: Wow, actually read some of their lyrics, and I really didn't expect them to be this trite and brainless.

The song titles have absolutely no relevance to the content of the lyrics, which is composed of little more than the same old tough-guy hardcore platitudes repeated ad-nauseum with as many "fucks" as they can possibly fit in. Wow, this is a bad band.
