Can you still read the reviews/news and just not post or are you completely banned from every page on the site?

:lol: The title of the thread itself made me laugh. Blabbermouth isn't a place where I would post comments. I read blabbermouth regularly just to have a laugh at people's stupidity. There were times when I was tempted to post, but have not simply cos 99% of the people who post there are retards.

How is that even possible? What the hell would have gotten me banned? I don't post hateful things there like everyone else, I just ocassionally point out idiocy all the time. Haha. This is hilarious. Not that I care, but it's funny. Maybe I pointed out that Keith Bergman was a turd too many times, because in his Bigelf review all my comments are gone. He really does suck, though. 90% of his reviews are full of things that are completely false; and I'm not talking about opinion. He just sucks. I didn't even know they banned people from that site.

Blabbermouth sucks and Roadrunner has no idea that Heavy Metal fans do not like record companies that treat the music they love as a commodity and commercial product rather than an artform. Is it that hard to keep that shit behind closed doors and not make it obvious every decision is a business decision, artist merit/objectivity de damned? It is no surprise. anything that gets in thier way to project some kind of bullshit image that they are the saviours of all things heavy is likely to draw thier ire. Roadrunner are interested in propagating trends that appeal to Hot Topic customers and everything they do is in the interest of this kind of big-business mentality.

Well, my comment wasn't aimed at you. I've just observed( as most have) that you can not even attempt to engage in any kind of half way intelligent discourse over there at all. The anonimity of the internet certainly has an effect on they way I am, especially in places like 4chan where you post anonymously all the time. The internet really doesn't breed cowards, more like it's just a place where people go to just say whatever the fuck they want without hurting their RL reputation. It's really not bad.

In regards to the blabbermouth pages, I am sure you know at least a few people that will talk about music in that way.The problem is that RR is a magnet for the inbred, like monster truck rallies. Just like in real life depending where you go you get a different level of intelligence and retardation. I think this website proves that you can converse without becoming an eight year old. Adverser: It would be nice if the world wasn't ran by money, but it is. As long as music is sold, every lable is going to act juat like you said. Some are more subtle but every lable wants to propogate trend X because thats what makes them money. A lable could be really groundbreaking and record a man shitting on a microphone and be an artistic achievment(of the modern art sort) but then that lable dies because they don't make money because the market for flatulence albums is rather small. The dollar is king and artists have always wrestled with there lables over art vs. comercial viability.
