I wouldn't hesitate to doubt that that fat bitch is using Ozzy as a puppet yet again to carry out another cash-grabbing scheme. As if she didn't already have enough diamond necklaces. |

![]() Yes, but as Iommi said, didn't Butler, Ward and Osbourne relinquish all claims to the name in the 80s? |

ozzy should stick to half-baked attempts at reality shows with that used up brain of his and let Iommi keep the spirit of Sabbath alive. Fuck ozzy |

It's sad, but true... Iommi is what is keeping Sabbath alive... it was always Iommi and Butler. I lost all respect for Ozzy the day he went on MTV and showed his ass to the public... any mystique, and metal credibility, any larger-than-life-ness the man had aqcuired over the years, all gone; what we saw was a doddering palsified old man with brain damage mumbling about his dogs crapping on the rug. Not releasing an album worthy of being a coaster for your coffee cup in, what's it been, 20 years, is one thing, but that was inexcusable. |

I heard that this has to do with a merchandising suit Iommi is filing against Live Nation. If Ozzy wins this suit and gets right to the name then he will get a cut of what Iommi wins from Live Nation. |

![]() Ozzy wanting 50/50 is fucking ridiculous. He wasn't in the band when it first started, and he was only in it until '79, after which there were, what, 3 other singers? He doesn't own the Black Sabbath name, and it's ridiculously arrogant of him to think that he does. |

Oh, clearly I didn't mean that Ozzy should get 50%, but that he should get, like, 15% or whatever with everyone else. |

Should Mustaine or Mcgovney (sp?) get 15% of Metallicas money? Or Burtons family? |

Maybe not Mustaine or Mcgovney, but any Metallica fanboy claims that Cliff was and still is the best bass player ever. So according to your logic, his family should get some money no? |

Black Sabbath have sold a lotta records due to Ozzy's fame, something you can't say for Burton and Metallica. |

I know Priest wasn't the most popular band in the 90's, but they must of made some money. Should he not be entitled to some of it? |

I was only ever arguing from what I know, I'm sure each case is different. Chances are, of course, that Ozzy's after the H&H reunion cash, but he may have a point. Not that he's 100% right, I never meant that. |
