I dunno. Hammers of Misfortune's lyrics are pretty awesome. Anyone who doesn't make retarded grammar mistakes or use really lame rhymes is good enough though. I haven't had any metal lyricists where right away I'm hanging onto every word the first few times I listen to the album, and great music will make the lyrics seem great. |

Steve Harris, Dave Mustaine , whoever writes the lyrics for Immolation, Lemmy and Alice Cooper. His music may not be all metal, but he's one of the best lyricist around. |
