The legal ones, heh. http://www.guardian.co.uk/music/2010/fe ... usic-blogs But will they ever get around to deleting the illegal ones from which Metalheads often download music, and what does this mean? Discuss. |

all ways to download music are miserable other than private torrent sites because i can download an album in 2 minutes on private torrent sites and all i have to do is search the band name on 3 different sites and i magically have high quality mp3's on my computer in minutes from 95% of the bands i will ever find or want to listen to. |

tbh cracking down on illegal music blogs would be a really sucky thing for the underground music scene, IMO. |

You download it, search for music you want, and download the music. lol. People upload the tunes too you, so sometimes you have to wait in queue for your turn, but it's worth it. It's really easy. I've been using it for probably like 5 or 6 years now and they have EVERYTHING. If it's super uber hard to find album or artist, you throw it on your wishlist and leave SS up and when someone is on who has it, they let you know. I have found everything I've ever wanted on there, never been left hangin'. Also just about everyone always has full albums, so it's not like oldschool Napster or Limewire where you're left hunting song by song. |

I suppose, it's all on Soulseek, though. I just read up on bands and find other bands using things like last.fm and review sites like this. Can't say I've used a blog pretty much ever. Then again, you use blogs, and I hear about bands from you all the time. So yeah. ![]() |

I only follow two blogs but I think they're cool because they seem set on digging up lesser-known releases so I hear of stuff I otherwise enver would have come across. |
