There are always some sordid myths or interesting rumors arising regarding some of metals more well known albums. Whether it is regarding the personal nature of a certain song, or the disappearance of band members during the recording process, what are some of the more interesting tales you've heard regarding the influence of songs, statements in liner notes, or some cryptic little factoid in an interview. |

The one album that comes to mind is Judas Priest's Stained Class due to the song Better By You Better Than Me in relations to the lawsuit that was brought upon them in the 80's because some kids attempted suicide while listening to that song. |

Some people think Rush's Moving Pictures and Signals were mixed analogue when they were done digitally. Grace Under Pressure was Analogue but everything after it was recorded digitally and mixed digitally. In other words, don't waste your money on the vinyl. Visit 2112.net/powerwindows if you want gigantic artwork. As I said in the Dio thread, that Vivian was writing the songs. Dio can play a guitar too you know. In general that the credits for the album reflect who played on it or produced it. |
