Rest in peace, James Brown.

James Brown was a true musical legend.

I never understood the point of these threads. Does anyone care? I don't care. And not just because it was James Brown, but I don't care when anyone that I don't know dies. Sure, I feel bad for people that knew the person or whatever, but as for the dead person? Pffft. I don't care.

Not even for the music?

And sure, cokehead rapist, but a great man of music has passed. RIP.

What do you mean?

It always sucks when a musician you like dies. I'm sad that Dimebag will never write another song, but when you get right down to it, I don't miss him, I'm not sad that he's dead.

That's what I meant. You're sorry about the music, not the person.

I'm sorry dude, but if Devin Townsend died I'd be sad for many different reasons.

Yeah I'll be wearing a very long face when Dio dies in 45 years.

I didn't care when Metallica was killed in a bizarre gardening accident, but I am troubled by the Robot Clones that replaced them.
