I want to believe this is phony.

Although it's probably not.

It's called a magazine. And regardless of what anyone says, Trivium have only ever sounded metalcore—thanks to the shitty screaming. Musically they've been very much a thrash/traditional metal band.

I'd pay to see Manowar kick the craaap out of Trivim. True Metal Warriors!

Yeah, that was on the cover of last months Metal Hammer.

Oh god why won't commercialism leave us in peace, nothing is sacred!

Glad to see Trivium have reached the 'Desperation' stage of their existence.

Yeah, as mentioned it's December's cover for UK mag Metal Hammer. I buy it every month and my knowledge of Metal stems from it. As you can see, Trivium were the greatest Metal band on the planet last month, this month it's Lamb of God. Hopefully it will be Atreyu or Aiden next month - goody-goody, I love supporting whoever my master deems as worthy each month!!!

(I'm being sarcastic chaps... Honest!).

That reminded me of a Bullet for My Valentine interview.

"We're going to put the riffs back to metal" or something like that. I laughed aloud after that.

Lolz, an article about BFMV saying how they were fans of maiden and all that made me buy the record. Surprisingly, not all that bad.

You haven't known true pain until you've had cardboard cuts.
