No, I'm serious.....I read in the newspaper some 4 years ago about a study made on neck and spinal injuries. And it seems headbanging causes these injuries, and they could be very severe once the person passes the age of 40.

On the topic of Tony Laureano replacing Hellhammer, HELL YEAH!!! Although, I won't get a chance to see them :sad:

. But my favourite Dimmu drummer has always been Tjoldav, too bad he's not with them anymore.

What's commendable imo is that either you leave the band or call it quits when you lose interest, keeping the bands legendary status and start your own wank fest somewhere else. Besides the other guys in the Nattens Madrigal line up kept doing metal in other bands, clearly didn't lose interest so this is all Garm's faggotry.
