After one listen I really quite like this album, but like all Doom Metal its not something I could listen to very frequently.

I really love the Sabbathish bass-led sections.

That's where I got it. They have quite a lot of doom there. Good site. You can pick up both Gates Of Slumber CDs there.

This review wasn't my best, doom isn't my specialty so I had a little trouble being creative, thus it's shorter than normal and fairly straightforward. Oh well.

Alright!

I've seen this band live a couple of times since they are local, and its good to see them reviewed on this site. I haven't seen them perform in a while, but they have two shows coming up this month. I'll be eager to see some new material.

Their new album is quite good, a little bit more raw in production, but really good. There are like three hidden tracks, but I have no idea who they're by, covers or originals. Pffft!

Didn't want to steal your first-post-in-the-thread thunder. Let the baby have his chips, says I.

I can't work out why I don't like this album, it has all the right ingredients and stuff. not appending a score until I solve this problem.

Kick ass new track. I doubt I'll be reviewing this album, though; these guys are meanies.

Fairly good argument for this to be a classic, I think. It has aged extremely well...
